From August 15 to 19, The University of Macau (UM) Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) organised a training programme on Exchange between Beijing and Macao, Integration of East and West for students of Capital Medical University.

The five-day training programme was rich and compact, featuring lectures by professors from Institute of Chinese Medical Sciences (ICMS). The students also visited different units of UM, including the UM Wu Yee Sun Library and UM Gallery. The student expressed that the training was highly beneficial. The programme enriched their personal experiences and broadened their perspectives, and they hoped to have the opportunity to return to the University of Macau for future studies.

Capital Medical University (CCMU) was founded in 1960. It ranks among the top academic medical institutions in China, and is considered as one of the key municipal universities in Beijing. CCE continues to develop more training programmes, promoting exchange and cooperation between UM and mainland universities.
