The University of Macau (UM) Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) and the Labour Affairs Bureau jointly held the first three subsidised skill-oriented training courses in September. The CCE offered three 40-hour courses, in retail marketing, project management and quality control, as well as accounting management, respectively. The courses were designed to help participants learn theories and best practices that will help enhance their professional competence. Those who have completed the entire course and have passed the examinations will receive certificates from the CCE.
The CCE supports the Macao SAR government’s economic relief measures and plans to launch new subsidised training courses in business management and Portuguese language. The courses are open for applications from today until 13 October. Those who are eligible can apply on CCE’s website at https://cce.um.edu.mo. Quota is limited and applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
