The University of Macau (UM) Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) and the Labour Affairs Bureau jointly held a new subsidised skill-oriented training course, which was a 40-hour course in Catering Management. The course was designed to help participants master the skill of catering management and enhance their competitiveness in the workplace. Those who have completed the entire course and have passed the examination will receive a certificate from the CCE.
