The University of Macau (UM) Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) recently organised an internship training on Comprehensive Training for Water Resources Planning, and an interdisciplinary training on New Media, Technological Innovation, Art and Data Mining for students of Guangzhou University. A total of 29 students participated in the course, which lasted from Jan 23rd to 27th. During the five-day course, the students visited different units of UM, including the State Key Laboratory of Internet of Things for Smart City, the Centre for Regional Oceans of the Faculty of Science and Technology, UM Wu Yee Sun Library, UM Gallery, and a residential college. Outside UM, the students visited 10Fantasia, Maritime Museum and Macao Science Center.
CCE continues to offer training programmes and promote collaboration between UM and higher education institutions in the Greater Bay Area.
