From January 18 to 21, the Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) hosted a Designated Training Course on Human Resources and Cross-border E-commerce Management for 19 teachers of Hunan Labor and Human Resources Vocational College. The program received positive feedback from the participants.
The four-day training program featured a series of thematic lectures by experienced UM professors and industry elites. The comprehensive curriculum covered topics such as Cross cultural communication skills, Leadership and Strategic Management, Crisis Management for Leaders, The Green Economy and Green Trade of China and Global Implications, Cross-cultural Communication and Global Vision, Cross-cultural New Media and Advertising Marketing and Organizational Change and Development. The participants expressed their appreciation for the program, highlighting how it enriched their personal experiences, expanded their knowledge, and broadened their perspectives. Many noted that the training left a lasting impression on them, praising both Macao and UM, and they expressed a strong desire to return to UM for further studies in the future.
CCE continues to carry out high-quality training courses to strengthen educational cooperation between UM and universities in mainland.
