CCE organised a training course on Civil Engineering and Environment for students of Tongren University

The University of Macau (UM) Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) organised a training course on Civil Engineering and Environment for 26 students of Tongren University during January 22th – 26th.

The five-day training course is rich in content and taught in English by UM professors. The topics include “Foundation of Civil Engineering”, “Soil Mechanics”, “The ‘Life Quadruple’ of Civil Engineering Structures: Aesthetics, Strength, Health and Wisdom”, and “Building a smart city by applying environmental engineering and IoT”. We got positive feedback from the students.

Tongren University is a full-time common undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education on February 14th, 2006. Starting from year 2021, the school will steadily send student groups to UM to participate in short-term training every year.
