From January 16 to 19, the Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) hosted a winter training program on Talent Development in New Engineering for 32 students from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications (NUPT). The program received positive feedback from the participating students.

The four-day training program featured a series of thematic lectures delivered entirely in English by experienced UM professors. The comprehensive curriculum covered topics such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Intelligent Manufacturing & Automation Control, AI and the Internet of Things (IoT) & Energy Systems, Communication and Signal Processing in Microelectronics, 5G and Communication Technologies, and an Introduction to Programming for Data Science. In addition to the lectures, the students visited SKL-AMSV as well. The students expressed their appreciation for the program, highlighting how it enriched their personal experiences, expanded their knowledge, and broadened their perspectives. Many noted that the training left a lasting impression on them, praising both Macau and UM, and they expressed a strong desire to return to UM for further studies in the future.

In recent years, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications has been consistently selecting students to participate in short-term cross-border training programs at UM. CCE is dedicated to organizing more high-quality training programs for university students, fostering exchanges and collaboration between mainland universities and UM.
