The University of Macau (UM) Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) successfully completed online training course for teachers and students of Guizhou Light Industry Technical College on May 31, 2022. The course title is “Distance Learning (UMLive) Course – The Era of Big Data”, the professional course content has won good feedback from participants.
In response to the epidemic, the training was held online by ZOOM. There are 2 sessions completed on the same day, and the content are concise and rich. The lectures include: “Big data opens up smart cities”and “Personal privacy and data protection in the era of big data”. The students experienced the high-quality teaching of UM. Many students said that the entire online training has benefited a lot and left a deep and beautiful impression. They wish they could have the opportunity to visit UM to study in person in the future.
