CCE organises a 14-hour course of “Supervision Training for Nursery Childcare Workers” for Social Welfare Bureau in late August 2023. 50 participants joined this course, they are nursery directors, deputy directors and child tutors in Macao.
The course aims to improve the relevant knowledge and skills of the nursery childcare workers who are responsible for childcare training and supervision, therefore, they would provide effective supports to childcare workers in providing appropriate care and safety for young children. Theory and activities are offered during the course.
The course has been successfully completed with great recognition and feedback from the participants. The participants, whose attendance rate reaches 80% of the whole course, will be awarded an attendance certificate issued by CCE.
CCE actively cooperates with government departments to provide vocational training for workers to improve knowledge and skills in accordance with the needs of Macao society.
