The University of Macau (UM) Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) organized a training course on Medicine and Life Science for students from several mainland higher education institutions during January 20 to 24. Total 40 students joined the training course, they are from Southwest Medical University and Guilin Medical University.

The five-day training course is rich in content, and the whole training course is taught in English by UM professors. The topics include “Clinical research and prevention of Parkinson’s disease and aging”, “Immune regulation mechanism and tumor immunotherapy”, “Comparison and difference of clinical medicine between Chinese and Western medicine”, “A stem cell journey: from bench side to bedside”. We received positive feedback from students.

CCE continues to carry out high-quality training courses to strengthen educational cooperation between UM and universities in mainland.
