A delegation from the Guangzhou University visited UM on November 11, met with representatives of CCE to discuss high-quality educational cooperation projects.

At the meeting, Prof. QU Shaobing, Chairman of the Council of Guangzhou University, introduced the development of Guangzhou University. Prof. LIU Ting-chi, Director of CCE, also introduced the center. Other guests also shared some ideas. Both parties made good communication on cooperation in education training, and jointly agreed on the long-term and stable dispatch of students and administrative cadres from Guangzhou University to UM for short-term training. Both sides hope to strengthen cooperation between mainland universities and UM, and make use of the advantages of the two places, which is of positive significance to promoting education cooperation and talent exchange in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

After the meeting, the guests visited the State Key Laboratory of Internet of Things for Smart City (SKL-IOTSC). They were briefed by staff on the current development of the lab, key research projects, and the latest research achievements.
