The University of Macau (UM) Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) held an online summer training course “UMLive Online Distance Course – Training on Innovation Management” for 35 students of Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology from June 27th to 30th. In order to comply with the SAR government’s epidemic prevention policy, the entire training process was conducted in the form of online by ZOOM, allowing students to interact with instructors through the Internet. The course includes 4 topics, they are: “Advertising Communication and Social Media Creative Management”, “Innovation Management – Concepts, Principles and Industrial Applications”, “Translational Medicine and Industrial Innovation” and “International Marketing and Innovation”. Many students expressed their feelings in final group presentation that they have gained a lot and have improved themselves.
Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology was officially established in February 2008 with the approval of the People’s Government of Zhejiang Province. During the epidemic, CCE continued to promote high-quality professional training programs online and offline in accordance with government guidelines, and carried out training courses with a flexible education model to promote exchanges and cooperation between mainland universities and UM.
