The Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) of the University of Macau (UM) held a closing ceremony for the third intake of the Advanced Professional Diploma in Construction Commercial Management (Quantity Surveying). A total of 30 participants completed the programme and received a diploma, which is also recognised by the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES).
During the event, Matthew Liu Ting Chi, director of UM’s CCE; Andrew Keung, CICES President’s Chief Representative (The Greater China); and Katherine Chan, supervisor of CICES (Macao Region), presented certificates to the participants. Wu Chou Kit, member of Macao’s Legislative Assembly and chairman of the Macau Institute of Engineers, also attended the ceremony. The diploma course is jointly offered by CCE of UM and CICES and consists of 210 study hours. The participants are mainly professionals from the sectors concerned and the instructors are from CICES.
